Any business can thrive or fail depending on their staff – at Inhouse Manager we’re very lucky to have a committed and dedicated team to ensure all of our clients are supported fully. Over the last few months we have met Muriel, Martin and Marjorie, and this month, Pawel Adamus takes centre stage:
Business Development and Contract Manager
Pawel joined the Inhouse Manager staff in September 2011, initially as the Mobilisation Manager. He was responsible for the smooth launch of Inhouse Manager at new client sites, and played a key role in supporting our new clients needs. After two years in this role Pawel progressed to a business development / account management role, covering a wide portfolio of clients located in London and the south-east. His role sees him visiting schools, hospitals and care homes, as well as attending exhibitions and events around the UK.
Pawel was heavily involved in the development and testing processes of the Inhouse Manager software and once the software was in place, he was responsible for a company-wide roll out to both staff and clients alike – no easy task! Pawel is still involved in helping to develop Inhouse Manager on an on-going basis, bring his knowledge of managing live accounts and creative flair for new ideas to the mix.
Pawel has over 18 years of catering experience, spanning across several roles in the industry. He worked in Poland, the US and Cyprus prior to moving to the UK 12 years ago. His background in catering and customer service has given him the perfect grounding to understand and support the accounts he manages. Pawel also holds a personal license and managed a busy public house before joining IHM.
Pawel lives in London with his wife and daughter. He is a very keen golfer with a decent handicap and is passionate about fusion food.
