Electronic ward ordering

Our ward ordering software enables ward staff to send meal orders electronically and directly to the kitchen. Ward issues can also be ordered, and special requests for patients can be noted, making the ward ordering module completely flexible and tailored to your needs.  A full user audit trail is included, together with settings that allow you to cap the number of meals that can be ordered, control user rights and set cut off times for orders.

The software runs via the internet and can be used on fixed and mobile devices. There’s no need to print and update menus as they are automatically updated and the kitchen automatically receives the order.

Choose ours or your suppliers

With our managed service, you can choose to stay with your own suppliers or a mixture of ours and yours. Twice every year, we can tender for you to ensure we continue to offer the best value for money from our suppliers.  The software only service is provided to enable you to remain with your own suppliers, on your current pricing schedules.

Automatic allergen calculations

The software automatically identifies allergen information and we have recently introduced a fully integrated nutritional analysis module.  Much of the ingredient matching is done automatically, as we have imported supplier specific data as well as the McCance & Widdowson open data set to provide reports.  Our dynamic on screen graphs enable you to alter the recipes where improvements are identified, which in turn updates your procurement and kitchen production reports.
