The software enables you to focus on cooking the high-quality meals your pupils want to eat, which meet their dietary requirements and fit within your budget.
We use over 20 years of public and cost-sector experience to reduce your costs and wastage, enabling you to meet the needs of your pupils and keep you in control of your kitchen.
We offer a complete managed service which is suitable for most schools or a software only option which is attractive to local authorities and catering firms. You can also switch from one to the other if your needs change.
Choose our managed service and we do everything for you, other than the cooking. We support your budgeting by working with you to define a fixed price per day, which is all you pay, the software is free of subscription or licence fees. Your invoices are reduced to a single invoice each week, based on the number of meals served at the fixed rate. Where you service multiple sites, you will see the separation of costs to help you best control your operation. This works brilliantly with free school meals including the Universal Infant Free School Meals scheme (UIFSM).

If you prefer, you can choose to stay with your own suppliers or a mixture of ours and yours. Twice every year, we can tender for you to ensure we continue to offer the best value for money from our suppliers.
Automatic allergen calculations
The software automatically identifies allergen information and we have recently introduced a fully integrated nutritional analysis module which uses the ingredients, recipes and menus in the catering management module to provide you with reports. Our dynamic on screen graphs enable you to make changes to the recipes, which in turn updates the purchasing and production reports in the kitchen.
